Shipping and Delivery

• How long does shipping usually take?
• All of our product fulfillment is handled by Printful. Due to covid, please allow 7 to 14 days for the items to ship. Items usually arrive within 7 business days after they have shipped within the US.

Returns and Refunds

• Do you accept returns and exchanges?
• Yes! Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days or receiving it. Each item you order can be exchanged once. If you would like to return or exchange your order please email blackShinobi@dohxdorima.com for instructions on how to begin the process.
